Private Yoga & Therapeutic Movement

  Private sessions are for every body and every mind. What's your focus right now? Is it functionality, mobility, peace of mind, or simply tending to your health? Our private sessions provide support on multiple levels and aim to bring you closer to balance & health. 
 

You don't need to have any experience with yoga as your sessions are customized with care and guided by an experienced yoga instructor. An initial assessment is required before proceeding with the therapeutic sessions to better understand your goals. Once this is complete, you can expect to receive the right mix of yogic tools including breathwork, meditation, yoga asanas, and more.

 

Extremely beneficial for those with specific goals such as maintaining mental health, reducing stress, improving sleep, addressing alignment concerns, chronic pain, or those wanting to explore this mindful practice at a deeper level.


Yoga bundles may be shared by family members, if they have completed an assessment.
