Friday Family Yoga
Drop-In Class | 4:30pm - 5:30pm
There's nothing more joyous than taking time to slow down with the young ones in our lives. Join us on Friday evenings to enjoy a much needed relaxation session. This class is great for parents or grandparents who are looking to enjoy a mindful practice with their child / grandchild. Breathe, move and bond. Our family yoga classes will include partner and non-partner postures for stretching, cooling down and relaxing. We'll offer plenty of modifications or props as required. Each class will include a few key concepts about yoga including relevant and appropriate meditation, breathwork & explanation on the importance of this healthful practice.
We hope that what you learn and practice in our class gives you inspiration to do the same at home!
Note : To ensure we have enough room for all families attending, we kindly request 1 adult per child.
