Movement opens us up, releases inhibitions and if you need to shake things up - this might be the class for you!

 

We welcome all levels pf students, no prior dance experience is necessary. 

 

Each month Kendall will teach a short dance sequence. Join for all three Saturdays to learn the choreography or drop in when you can for a wonderful & fun movement practice. 

 

Enjoy a guided warm up, learn new dance phrases, improve coordination and balance.  Repeat, review and challenge your mind and body in a new way! Dance, much like yoga is an expression of the soul!

 

Join Kendall on Saturday mornings & boost your weekends with a new sense of rhythm.

 

Ages 13+ are welcome to attend

with parent/guardian permission. 

 Class Schedule 
We are currently open for in-person classes. You must register at in advance, prior to attending a class. 
We are welcoming fully vaccinated students f
or in-person classes & masks are optional. You will be asked to complete a vaccination attestation when you first create your account. If you do not wish to disclose your vaccination status, please feel free to join us for a livestream practice. Or, if for any other reason you prefer to attend via livestream we ask that you kindly sign up 24 hours in advance.

From my experience, Annelize is amazing in the wellness and private yoga areas of her practice. After enjoying enjoyed several sessions over a six-month period, I found that each was personalized for me so I received maximum benefit for my issues and concerns. As part of the sessions, I benefitted from her gentle introduction to Ayurvedic dietary suggestions, which were new to me. In addition, recent medical issues made it difficult for me to continue to routinely participate in standard yoga classes, so during my recovery, Annelize’s coaching in the one-on-one yoga sessions helped me with necessary modifications and pacing. Annelize’s training and experience have provided her with an abundance of knowledge that translated well to what I’ve needed, and she never made me feel out of my depth. She followed up my sessions with additional information and checked in to be sure I was doing well with my “homework.” I hesitate to leave this review because as other folks find out about this gem of a practitioner, I may have difficulty scheduling more time with her.
