Kalaripayattu is often considered a sister practice to Yoga, rooted in traditional Indian movement, discipline, and breath. This class does not offer sparring or combat. It is structured conditioning.
Each session includes full-body mobility, strength training, coordination drills, and dynamic floor work designed to build:
• Agility and balance
• Functional strength
• Cardiovascular endurance
• Sharper focus and body awareness
We move both on the mat and across the floor, integrating breath and rhythm to support resilience in the body and steadiness in the mind.
Over time, students notice improved athleticism, quicker reflexes, and a deeper sense of embodied confidence. All levels welcome. No martial arts experience necessary.
This class complements a regular yoga practice, great for students and those who work desk jobs as it build strength and power alongside flexibility.

Parent & Child Yoga | Sun March 22nd @ 4pm
A practice for Spring Solstice!
Enrollment | $35 (for 1 adult + 1 child)
Our Family Yoga practice is a great way for you and your child to spend quality time and share a mindful practice. Together you will learn foundational postures, easy breathting exercises, simple meditation and most importantly how yoga can support us in our day-to-day lives.
Recommended for children 7 years+, contact us if you have a younger child who would benefit from this class. Registration fee includes enrollment for one parent & one child.
All classes will be held in-studio with an option to attend via Livestream, please inform your Instructor if Livestream is needed. Families will receive optional wellness exercises for the week!

Yoga Foundations | Part 1

Yoga Foundations is a progressive course designed for new students, returning practitioners, and welcomes anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of yoga beyond Asana (posture).
Sometimes we feel the call to begin. Sometimes we feel called to begin again.
No two days are alike and no two practices ever the same,
this is the beauty of a foundations course.
A little different from our regular studio classes, this series explores the first 4 of the 8 Limbs of Yoga.
Through guided movement, breathwork, and discussion, you will:
• Learn the foundational postures with alignment and safe transitions
• Build strength and mobility progressively
• Begin integrating yoga off the mat and learn how this philosophy is applied practically.
This series is designed to help you transition smoothly into ongoing classes and establish a consistent, sustainable practice. For current students, this is a chance to deepen the practice with awareness and integration of the philosophy behind this trasformative art & science we call Yoga.
