Yoga 101 | Beginner's Workshop

So you've heard about yoga, you know it would be good for your mind and body to just start,
but the thought of walking into a group class can be intimidating. We get it!

 

This is why we have created this intro workshop for you! 
 

Yoga 101 is ideal for those who are brand new to yoga and we welcome you to join this welcoming space. We will cover : 

  • What Yoga is & why it's different from a regular workout

  • Yoga Studio Etiquette

  • How to set up, should you use props?

  • Foundational Postures

  • What to look for to stay safe & feel good in a group practice. 

Youth Ages 11+ are welcome to sign up with a parent enrollment.

This weekly Sunday practice offers a refined and deeply empowering practice that invites you to reconnect with your innate strength through the art of intentional movement. Build community and a beautiful weekly ritual to reset. 

Rooted in the ancient tradition of Kalaripayattu, the practice reimagines classical forms through a fluid lens, blending grounded stances, rhythmic sequences, and coordinated patterns that awaken both physical power and embodied awareness.

Each session builds gently on the last, introducing foundational poses, simple breathwork, and mindful movement.
