I’m excited to bring you my updated wellness program as it is becoming more evident that so many of the imbalances and illnesses we face today can be prevented or manged if we are able to tend to our lifestyle, foods and mental-emotional state. Often we know the changes we need to make but putting them into practice can be quite a challenge with the busy-ness of the world in which we live.
Keeping all of this in mind, I hope that this new format allows you easier access and integration if you're ready to focus on your health & all those seemingly small yet important things that contribute to us being able to thrive.
This program includes three core elements that I find are essential for anyone who is ready to make a positive shift. One, Enhancing our Awarness offered within the framework of six self-paced modules. These modules will help you focus on your goals, the good practices you want to start or reinstate, and create a roadmap for what healthy, balanced living feels like for you. The second component is, a Personalized Wellness plan & guidance for your unique constitution and the third, having your questions answered as you progress - Live Wellness Office hours.
